a happy experience downtown

the location is awesome being downtown. many tourist spots were easily accessible by train or bike share. the staff were very professional and helped Me when I needed it. the room was very clean and had nice amenities.
the hotel rooms SHOWED some wear. the shower and tiling looked outdated and needed replacing. the bathroom was disappointing.

The location was great. I could easily walk to many attractions, and public transport was close by. the staff were helpful. They quickly addressed my queries. the room had a decent size, it suited my needs for a short stay.
The room service was limited. It lacked options after certain hours. It disrupted my sleep a bit. the gym was smaller than expected. It had limited equipment.

i found the concierge very helpful. the staff was friendly and i was impressed by the clean accommodations. the water slide was very enjoyable for the kids. i also liked the pool, very clean.
the beds felt a little too hard, and i found the pillows too flat for my liking.
